
Account Manager
The Account Manager focuses primarily on proactively managing existing client relationships to ensure on-time customer retention. You’ll build trust with executive sponsors to lead renewal negotiations, drive long-term value for customers, uncover ways to increase product adoption, and find opportunities for scale. You’ll work closely with sales executives to understand customer networks and identify who would benefit from upsell or expansion. You’ll join a collaborative and fast-paced team of individuals excited about digitizing some of the most long-standing industries around and committed to exceeding goals.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in renewals, account management or equivalent customer facing role in a B2B environment
Experience working with diverse customer profiles, from executive to field-level
Experience selling and supporting converged hardware-software solutions a plus
