SAP Retail Integration Lead

Kering is looking for an experienced SAP Retail Integration Lead to join our dynamic team and drive the success of our retail operations. The ideal candidate must have a deep knowledge of the SAP Retail system and a commitment to excellent service.The SAP Retail Integration Lead will be responsible for managing the integration of the SAP Retail system with our organization’s other systems, including ERP, CRM, and POS. This individual will also be the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the SAP Retail integration process.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience in a SAP Retail position, with a deep understanding of the system and its components. Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent problem solving and communication skills, and be comfortable working with stakeholders across the organization. Responsibilities:

1. Manage the integration of the SAP Retail system with other systems, including ERP, CRM, and POS.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the SAP Retail integration process.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the SAP Retail system.
4. Monitor and maintain the performance of the SAP Retail system.
5. Develop and document system and process improvements for the SAP Retail system.
6. Train and provide guidance to stakeholders on the use of the SAP Retail system.
7. Stay current on new developments and trends in the SAP Retail system.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in the use of the SAP Retail system.
