
Internship - Department of Institutional Affairs
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Intern to join the Department of Institutional Affairs at Kering. To be successful in this role, you should have an understanding of the corporate structure, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, or related field• Strong research and writing skills• Demonstrated organizational and project management skills• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbal form• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team• Experience with social media platforms is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting research and writing reports related to the department's institutional affairs.
- Provide administrative support to the team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and taking notes.
- Assist with the development of content for social media platforms.
- Support the team in the development of public relations strategies and materials.
- Help coordinate events and activities related to the department.
- Monitor and analyze the latest trends in institutional affairs and develop insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the team in the development of strategies and plans to meet the department's objectives.
- Assist in the management of projects and initiatives related to institutional affairs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
