General Merchandising Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute retail merchandising strategies to meet sales and margin targets.
2. Analyze customer trends to anticipate and respond to changing market conditions.
3. Implement effective pricing strategies to maximize profits.
4. Monitor sales performance and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
5. Lead and direct a team of merchandisers and support staff.
6. Supervise store operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
8. Establish and maintain inventory control systems.
9. Negotiate contracts and secure competitive prices.
10. Track and analyze key performance metrics.
