Kering, a renowned leader in the luxury retail sector, is seeking an experienced and collaborative Collection Development and Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of product training and development initiatives across all categories.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in luxury retail, with knowledge of the product development process and product training. In addition, the successful candidate will have a passion for learning and teaching, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a dedication to providing the highest level of customer service.If you are an enthusiastic, creative, and organized professional with a commitment to delivering the highest standards of training and development, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement product training and development initiatives across all categories.
  2. Lead the product development process and product training.
  3. Provide a high level of customer service.
  4. Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
  5. Utilize creative methods to ensure effective learning and teaching.
  6. Monitor and evaluate training progress and results.
  7. Stay up-to-date on trends in luxury retail.
  8. Identify areas of improvement and develop new training methods and strategies.
  9. Prepare and present reports on training progress and results.
  10. Coordinate training sessions for new and existing employees.
