Strategic Partner- contributes to the development of and the accomplishment of the organization-wide business plan and objectives. Research and identify recruiting resources. Phone screen potential caregivers. Conduct virtual interviews. Complete all required employee paperwork and scheduled required trainings. Contact consumer family to determine schedule and case details Schedule interviews between caregiver and consumer family. Post interviews follow up. Review consumer’s Individual Plan of Service, including safeguards and authorized budgets. Educate caregivers on company. Manage and work to resolve consumer and caregiver complaints and problems. Provide employee counseling and coaching. Address performance issues and appropriate.
Minimum of 2 years recruiting, interviewing, staffing or supervisory experience.
Understanding of Employment practices.
Proven track record of delivering quality customer services.
