Production Team Lead
The Production Team Lead will oversee production and be responsible for production documentation, including batch records, work orders, sanitation, and reviews. entries and reviews, room logs, work orders, cleaning forms, etc. You will ensure the ongoing production and will be the expert on production processes, scheduling, troubleshooting of equipment/ packaging issues and accountable for KPIs. Ensure the productivity, quality, and safety of products while leading a team of employees. Quality checks to ensure standards are met, while working unsupervised. Follow Good Production Practices (GPP), site SOPs, and sanitation procedures. Participate in safety and quality investigations and help develop CAPA. Verify the safety and proper set up of equipment. Monitor and Maintain production yields and ensure efficiency.
1-3 + years of experience working in a GPP/GMP environment
1+ years experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment.
Bilingual English/French strongly preferred
Working experience with GxP’s (GMP, GPP) and Food Sanitation (ideal) in a pharma, food, or nutraceutical production environment
