Working on our second shift and reporting to the Senior Director, Manufacturing, the Engineering Technician/Senior Engineering Technician will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of all process and automated equipment within the manufacturing. Working in a regulated, light manufacturing/assembly environment:
- Trouble-shoot mechanical assembly processes
- Support microarray/fluid printing processes
- Perform calibration and preventative maintenance on all process equipment
- Establish and maintain effective working relationship with equipment vendors/suppliers
- Review and follow Work Flow documents within the operations area
- Create necessary records for all work performed and communicate same as required
- Partner with manufacturing technicians and leads to ensure work is coordinated and effective shift change occurs
- Ensure work is performed in a compliant manner and consistent with business policies and regulatory requirements.
Minimum ten (10) years prior mechanical/maintenance experience in a manufacturing/production environment
Prior documented experience in regulated industry (i.e. ISO, FDA)
Demonstrated ability to uphold and support individual and company values; ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and fluid environment
