Data Analyst

Support, enhance, and develop Public Sector Business Operational processes and procedures for Data Governance. Ensure business records for customer relationship management (CRM) solution meet minimum quality standards. Define data quality rules per business requirements and industry standards. Drive for automation vs. manual review. Administer data quality audits to measure compliance, solve for and/or prevent on-boarding non-compliant data into Master Data Management (MDM). Analyze and resolve MDM/CRM data quality issues detected through quality audits or received as retail master data requests. Utilize a master data management solution and CRM to resolve data quality problems. This includes but is not limited to editing, merging and un- merging records. Prioritize and drive the resolution with extended team members of known data issues requiring manual review. Collaborate with BPR and IS&T to implement/improve upon quality controls.
