Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Food Science, Engineering, Or Chemistry.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Research And Development, Preferably In The Food Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Scientists And Engineers.
Extensive Knowledge Of Food Product Development And Innovation Processes.
