  7. Oversee the procurement process from initial supplier selection to contract negotiations and ongoing supplier management.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new developments in procurement and supply chain management.
  9. Develop and maintain a robust supplier network to ensure competitive pricing and reliable supply.
  10. Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  11. Manage the procurement budget and track and report on cost savings and efficiency measures.
  12. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior procurement team members.
  13. Act as a key point of contact for all procurement-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the procurement function.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to stay informed of industry trends and network with potential suppliers and partners.
