- Manage security budget, including procurement of necessary equipment and services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to security.
- Serve as a point of contact for security-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
- Represent the company in security-related matters with external parties, such as regulators, auditors, and clients.
- Continuously evaluate and improve security processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Extensive Experience In Corporate Security: A Senior Manager Corporate Security At Kellogg Must Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Corporate Security, With A Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Managing Security Programs In A Large Organization.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills: This Role Requires A Leader Who Can Effectively Manage A Team Of Security Professionals And Collaborate With Other Departments To Ensure The Safety And Security Of Kellogg's Employees, Assets, And Operations.
