  1. Design and maintain our data architecture to support business objectives and facilitate data-driven decision making.
  2. Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure data integrity, security, and efficiency.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions to improve data processes and workflows.
  4. Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support business initiatives and drive growth.
  5. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data across systems and platforms.
  6. Monitor and optimize database performance to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
  7. Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  8. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data architecture to continuously improve our data management capabilities.
  9. Mentor and train junior data architects to build a strong data team.
  10. Communicate complex technical concepts and data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to manage data-related projects and initiatives.
  12. Participate in the development and execution of long-term data strategy and roadmap for the organization.
  13. Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
  14. Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data quality issues.
  15. Ensure data documentation and metadata are maintained and up-to-date.

Job Qualifications
