- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Train and mentor sales associates to improve their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and merchandising, to ensure cohesive and effective sales strategies.
- Communicate and maintain relationships with retail partners to ensure brand visibility and product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to continuously improve sales strategies and stay ahead in the market.
- Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for the sales team.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate product replenishment.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance reviews to senior management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Previous Retail Sales Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Sales Role, Preferably In A Leadership Or Supervisory Position, Is Required For The Retail Sales Lead Role At Kellogg. This Experience Should Demonstrate Strong Sales Skills And The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team.
Strong Knowledge Of Kellogg Products: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Kellogg's Product Line, Including Ingredients, Nutritional Information, And Key Selling Points. This Knowledge Will Be Essential In Training And Coaching Sales Associates And Driving Sales.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Retail Sales Lead, You Will Be Responsible For Effectively Communicating With Both Customers And Your Team. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Including Active Listening And Conflict Resolution, Are A Must For This Role.
Leadership And Team Management Experience: The Retail Sales Lead Will Be Responsible For Managing And Motivating A Team Of Sales Associates. Therefore, Previous Experience In A Leadership Or Management Role, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Managing Performance, Is Highly Desirable.
