Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Lead at Kellogg. As a Retail Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer service in our retail stores. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the Kellogg brand and has a proven track record of success in retail sales.   1. Lead and manage a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Train, coach, and develop team members to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to represent the Kellogg brand effectively.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations for improving sales performance.
  4. Collaborate with store managers to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are properly stocked and displayed in accordance with company standards.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of Kellogg products and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  7. Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the values and mission of Kellogg and promoting the brand to customers.
  8. Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience and drive sales.
  11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members to foster their professional growth and development.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' activities to make strategic recommendations for improving sales and customer service.
  14. Represent Kellogg at industry events and conferences, as needed.
  15. Uphold a positive and professional image of Kellogg at all times.
