As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure the production of high-quality products.   1. Design and implement efficient and effective manufacturing processes for breakfast cereal products.
  2. Optimize current processes to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to management.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new processes and products.
  5. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in the development and implementation of processes.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any process-related issues to minimize disruptions in production.
  7. Utilize data analysis and statistical tools to monitor and improve process performance.
  8. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  9. Train and mentor production staff on new processes and procedures.
  10. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in processes.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in process engineering to apply to Kellogg's processes.
  12. Collaborate with suppliers to identify and qualify new materials and equipment for use in production.
  13. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
  14. Support and participate in company-wide continuous improvement initiatives.
  15. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on process development and improvement efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Process Engineering Within The Food Manufacturing Industry

  • Proficiency In Process Design And Optimization, Including Familiarity With Relevant Software Such As Autocad And Aspen Plus

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Process Issues

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Technical Information Effectively.
