- Design and implement state-of-the-art systems for our production facilities to support our manufacturing processes and uphold our sustainability standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in our plant systems and develop solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct regular audits and maintenance checks to ensure proper functioning of all plant systems and equipment.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for plant systems to ensure consistency and compliance with industry regulations.
- Monitor and analyze data from plant systems to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance the performance and sustainability of our plant systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with plant systems in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in plant systems technology to recommend and implement new systems as needed.
- Train and mentor other plant engineers and technicians on proper operation and maintenance of plant systems.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective installation and maintenance of plant systems.
- Communicate with management and stakeholders on the status of plant systems and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on plant systems.
- Participate in meetings and discussions related to plant systems and provide expertise and insights to drive decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to plant systems, including maintenance schedules, repair logs, and equipment manuals.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the performance and sustainability of our plant systems to support the overall goals and objectives of Kellogg.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Engineering Role, Preferably In The Food Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Plant Systems, Including Equipment, Processes, And Controls.
Experience With Project Management And Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
