  1. Oversee the sourcing of plant materials for Kellogg, ensuring timely and efficient procurement.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to promote sustainable practices in the sourcing and distribution of plant materials.
  3. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and environmentally-friendly plant materials are acquired.
  4. Create and maintain accurate inventory records of plant materials, including tracking usage and forecasting future needs.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends in the plant materials industry to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing vendor performance.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure plant materials are utilized effectively and efficiently in production processes.
  8. Develop and implement standard operating procedures for plant materials management to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
  9. Train and mentor team members on plant materials management processes and best practices.
  10. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to plant materials, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  11. Conduct regular audits of plant materials processes to ensure compliance with sustainability goals and regulations.
  12. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in plant materials management to continuously improve processes and stay ahead of competitors.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Kellogg, promoting the company's commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Agriculture, Horticulture, Or A Related Field
