Payroll Specialist

You will be processing payroll weekly for multiple parts of the organization ensuring deliverables are met timely and accurately. You’ll adhere to payroll policies and procedures and ensure confidentiality. Ensuring accuracy in processing payments, benefits, deductions, manual or void checks will be key! With a competence for compliance, you’ll maintain related ledgers and perform account reconciliation for assigned accounts. You’ll also achieve assigned period, quarterly, and annual critical filing deadlines and assist with year-end processing functions. Our success is shaped by you. You’ll also investigate and resolve payroll processing issues with corporate and manufacturing locations, outside agencies and vendors, and manage miscellaneous projects as assigned.
