
Packaging Engineer
You will lead global breakthrough packaging innovation and packaging sustainability programs in support of our Deploy for Growth priorities! Innovate with us at Kellogg, our engineers love the challenge of being technical experts and industry leaders as they provide world-class packaging solutions that deliver the quality products our customers and consumers expect. You will use your innovative thinking skills to design, develop, transform and execute global breakthrough packaging projects to drive the Innovation pipeline with a focus on packaging sustainability. Additionally, you’ll be a key member of the global growth team driving the Innovation calendar. This is a key skill that will require a global view and ability to work & collaborate across different regions while leading cross-functional teams both internally and externally to drive the packaging innovation agenda on a global scale. Your depth in working with partners both internally and externally will drive success in this role. Our external partner collaboration focus is a key driver to delivering the innovation pipeline.
Clear understanding of packaging design, materials, equipment, and systems
Experience in Food and/or Consumer Packaged Goods industries a plus
Experience leading and managing projects and project teams
Direct experience in manufacturing, GMPs, food and personnel safety
