  1. Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing equipment and processes to identify potential issues and ensure optimal reliability.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, quality, and production, to develop and implement maintenance plans and strategies.
  3. Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance.
  5. Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent equipment failures and downtime.
  6. Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials needed for maintenance and repairs.
  7. Continuously strive to improve equipment reliability by implementing new technologies and best practices.
  8. Train and mentor junior team members on equipment maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
  9. Communicate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruption to production schedules.
  10. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment downtime, and maintenance costs.
  11. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in manufacturing reliability to implement new techniques and processes.
  12. Promote a culture of safety and adherence to all safety protocols and procedures in the manufacturing facility.
  13. Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement design improvements for equipment and processes.
  14. Participate in budget planning and cost control measures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  15. Act as a liaison between the manufacturing site and corporate reliability teams to share best practices and drive overall reliability improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In A Reliability Or Maintenance Role.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Mechanical And Electrical Systems.

  • Experience With Implementing And Managing Reliability Programs And Processes.
