- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to support the growth of Kellogg's consumer goods brands.
- Utilize analytical tools and techniques to identify key business insights and opportunities.
- Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive reports to track and measure business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights from various sources.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve data analysis and reporting processes.
- Lead and mentor junior team members to develop their analytical and reporting skills.
- Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of data-driven strategies and initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data and reporting processes, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in data analysis and reporting.
- Represent Kellogg at industry events and conferences to stay informed of market trends and best practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Business Analysis And Reporting, Preferably In The Consumer Packaged Goods Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Provide Actionable Insights.
Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Projects.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
