  1. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to support the growth of Kellogg's consumer goods brands.
  2. Utilize analytical tools and techniques to identify key business insights and opportunities.
  3. Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive reports to track and measure business performance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights from various sources.
  5. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  6. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve data analysis and reporting processes.
  9. Lead and mentor junior team members to develop their analytical and reporting skills.
  10. Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of data-driven strategies and initiatives.
  11. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data and reporting processes, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.
  13. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  14. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in data analysis and reporting.
  15. Represent Kellogg at industry events and conferences to stay informed of market trends and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Business Analysis And Reporting, Preferably In The Consumer Packaged Goods Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Provide Actionable Insights.

  • Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
