
Human Resource Generalist and Crew Scheduler

- Develop and implement employee relations initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage and maintain employee records, including time off requests, performance evaluations, and attendance records.
- Collaborate with department managers to create and maintain an accurate and effective crew schedule.
- Monitor and analyze employee attendance and performance data to identify areas for improvement and address any concerns.
- Conduct investigations and handle employee grievances in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Communicate with employees and management to address any scheduling conflicts or concerns.
- Participate in meetings and provide recommendations for improving employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all HR-related activities.
- Serve as a resource for employees, addressing any questions or concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resource Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeo.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With A Diverse Group Of Employees.
Experience With Workforce Planning And Scheduling, Including Creating And Managing Employee Schedules, Forecasting Staffing Needs, And Managing Labor Costs.
