
Global Real Estate Portfolio Manager
You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the Global Real Estate and Facilities Management groups’ strategic vision aligns with business goals. You’ll develop and maintain the real estate portfolio benchmarking, evaluation process, and optimization strategies. Data and analytics will play a key role in your day to day responsibilities. You’ll review head counts, leasing details, square footage and multiple other data points to ensure our real estate plans fit both our regional and global business strategy. You’ll be working cross functionally with multiple departments to engage and understand the real estate needs. You’ll present to regional leads on their real estate portfolio and present to leadership about the global real estate portfolio.
Ability to communicate key financial management metrics and create/analyze real estate financial models
Consumer Package Goods experience a plus
