
Global Executive Recruitment Team Lead
You’ll create and manage a strong relationship with senior leaders across functions globally and develop strategic partnerships to manage the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle for confidential and executive-level vacancies. You’ll be a champion for the Kellogg recruitment process. Stay up to date on recruitment trends, best practices, legal developments, company policies, and benchmark comparisons so you can be a collaborative and valued business partner with your hiring managers. Leadership skills providing direction to supporting research and sourcing team
Possess expertise in creative and proactive sourcing techniques
Strong skills utilizing an applicant tracking system
Experience working to service level agreements in a customer-driven environment
Significant and progressive experience in a Recruiter role with at least 6 years of experience recruiting for Director level and above roles
