8. Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures to ensure the safety of employees in case of a crisis.
9. Monitor and report on key safety performance indicators to management and make recommendations for improvement.
10. Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and participate in audits and inspections as needed.
11. Lead and participate in safety committees and teams to drive a culture of safety and accountability throughout the organization.
12. Stay current on all relevant safety regulations and ensure that all safety information and training materials are updated and readily available to employees.
13. Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as vendors and suppliers, to ensure their operations align with our safety standards.
14. Continuously assess and identify potential safety hazards and make recommendations for improvements to processes, equipment, and facilities.
15. Serve as a role model for safety and promote a positive safety culture throughout the organization.
