In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our products are efficiently stored and distributed to our customers.   1. Assist with receiving and storing incoming product shipments in an organized and timely manner.
  2. Ensure accurate inventory levels by regularly conducting inventory counts and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  3. Prepare and pack orders for shipment to customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
  5. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
  6. Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and meet deadlines.
  7. Communicate effectively with management and other team members regarding any issues or concerns related to inventory, shipments, or warehouse operations.
  8. Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
  9. Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  10. Continuously strive to improve efficiency and productivity in warehouse operations.
  11. Assist with other warehouse tasks and projects as assigned by management.
  12. Uphold the company's values and represent the brand positively in all interactions with customers and team members.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Basic Educational Qualification Is Required For An Auxiliar De Almacen Position At Kellogg. This Ensures That The Candidate Has The Necessary Foundational Knowledge And Skills To Perform The Job Duties Efficiently.

  • Prior Experience In Warehouse Or Inventory Management: Having Previous Experience In A Similar Role, Particularly In A Warehouse Or Inventory Management Setting, Is Highly Preferred For An Auxiliar De Almacen Job At Kellogg. This Demonstrates The Candidate's Understanding Of Warehouse Operations And Inventory Control Processes.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills: As An Auxiliar De Almacen, One Will Be Responsible For Managing And Organizing Inventory, Maintaining Accurate Records, And Fulfilling Orders In A Timely Manner. Therefore, Candidates Must Possess Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills To Handle These Tasks Efficiently.

  • Physical Stamina And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: This Role May Involve Physically Demanding Tasks Such As Moving And Lifting Heavy Boxes Or Equipment. Hence, Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Capable Of Performing These Duties Without Any Difficulty.

  • Teamwork And Communication Skills: As A Part Of The Warehouse Team, An Auxiliar De Almacen Must Be Able To Work Collaboratively With Others And Communicate Effectively. This Includes Following Instructions, Reporting Any Issues, And Working Together To Achieve Common Goals.
