Impounds Coordinator

KAR Global-OpenLane is seeking an experienced Impounds Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and support to both internal and external customers. The Impounds Coordinator will be a subject matter expert in all aspects of the Impound process and must possess a solid understanding of customer service standards and procedures.To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service and/or Impound operations. The ideal candidate must also have excellent customer service skills, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
