
Website Project Manager
Leads the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex and large-scale web and digital product solutions. Collaborates with Web Product Leads to prioritize projects with established priorities. Plans and estimates delivery work with an Agile approach, focusing on project milestones, resource planning (both on-shore and off-shore), scope, budget, risk identification, and mitigation planning. Coordinates gathering high-level business requirements, defining the detailed requirements and process into epics and stories. Communicates status to stakeholders, works to resolve issues, proactively identify project risks and make recommendations for resolution to ensure project success. Manages day-to-day on-shore and off-shore web project managers. Contributes to the ongoing development of solution/program offering approaches, methodologies, techniques, business development tools, and growing our resources. Act as Scrum Master overseeing daily standups, sprint planning, demos.
5+ years of experience managing delivery of web/digital projects; working in marketing, web production, marketing technology
Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana)
