Job Description

Develop comprehensive content strategies that drive awareness of the brand through National and Local media, LinkedIn, YouTube and other internal and external channels. Partner with content strategist to develop assets, create narratives, and drive action. Align to brand and sales objectives. Develop and manage thought leadership programs to drive brand awareness and build reputation. Develop internal programming to drive employee engagement and build KNA culture, such as social and team-building activities as well as educational sharing and content (Executive Engagement, Financials, Culture, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion etc.). Serve as the primary producer for internal all-KNA and leadership communications events. Develop content, graphics and videos aligned to strategy and objectives. Coordinate with all stakeholders, production staff, and vendors to shepherd projects throughout the production process.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong technical and operational knowledge of remote production equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio.

  • Expert in streaming software (i.e. OBS, Xsplit, VMix)

  • Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (minimum of five year’s experience)

  • Experience in television or media production (minimum of five year’s experience)

  • Exhibited knowledge of current industry transcoding technologies (recent two years)
