
Director, University Partnerships
Conduct company sales and business development functions for assigned territory. Contribute to and implement sales selling cycle and methodology. Stay up-to-date with Kaplan products and services and identify opportunities to offer and sell new products and services. Research and contribute to the development of target markets and go-to-market strategy and business development goals and objectives in assigned territory. Seek new business that is consistent with the go-to-market strategy. Establish, implement and evaluate short and long-range business development goals and objectives in the territory. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results. Contribute to the development of systems, processes and account identification tactics. Assure accuracy of data about new accounts and pending opportunities. Develop and drive key objectives and alignment between potential partners and Kaplan. Collaborate with Research & Strategy to secure necessary assessments on program and institutional viability.
5+ years of higher education higher education, online program management, non degree, credential and work readiness experience
Experience developing and structuring agreements to support mutual win-win agreements
Demonstrated success working independently and on many activities concurrently
Knowledge of the Higher Education organization
Familiarity with - and experience in selling β 7-9 figure solutions.
