- Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions for Justworks' payroll processes.
- Drive the optimization of payroll systems to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and pain points and develop solutions to address them.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
- Develop and manage a product roadmap for the payroll systems team, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer and business needs.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of new product features and updates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to measure the success and impact of product launches and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.
- Proactively identify and address potential product issues and roadblocks, and collaborate with teams to find timely solutions.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior product managers, sharing industry knowledge and best practices to help develop their skills.
Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Senior Product Manager At Justworks Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products In The Payroll Systems Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Payroll Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Payroll Systems, Including Regulations, Compliance, And Best Practices. This Knowledge Will Be Critical In Guiding Product Development And Ensuring Compliance With Industry Standards.
