- Utilize data to inform and guide decision making for product development and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track product performance and provide actionable insights.
- Communicate and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Lead and mentor junior data scientists and analysts to drive a culture of data-driven decision making.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data science and product analytics.
- Identify and implement new data sources and tools to improve data quality and efficiency.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers to define and track key product metrics and goals.
- Drive innovation and experimentation through A/B testing and other methods.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and senior leadership.
- Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on data-related matters to non-technical team members.
Extensive Experience In Data Analysis And Statistical Modeling: A Senior Data Scientist At Justworks Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Statistical Concepts And Techniques, Along With Hands-On Experience In Analyzing Large And Complex Datasets. They Should Also Have A Strong Command Of Programming Languages Such As Python, R, And Sql.
Strong Business Acumen: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Applying Their Data Analysis Skills To Solve Real-World Business Problems. They Should Be Able To Understand And Articulate Complex Data Insights To Various Stakeholders, And Use Their Findings To Drive Business Decisions.
