Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Sales Management Role, Preferably In The Hr Or Saas Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team.
Excellent Understanding Of Sales Strategies And Techniques, As Well As Experience Developing And Implementing Sales Plans.
