  1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to Justworks customers.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries regarding employee benefits.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of Justworks' products and services, specifically in the area of employee benefits.
  4. Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to ensure their needs are being met.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to employee benefits to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
  7. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to relevant teams.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
  9. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  10. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are being met and identify any potential issues.
  11. Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development opportunities.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Justworks by representing the company's values and mission in all customer interactions.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer support.
  14. Assist with new customer onboarding and provide guidance and support throughout the process.
  15. Stay organized and manage time effectively to handle a high volume of customer inquiries while maintaining quality and accuracy.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Customer Support Specialist Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Provide Accurate Information Regarding Their Benefits.
