We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team and help us build and maintain strong partnerships with benefits brokers across the country.   • Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain strong partnerships with benefits brokers across the country
  • Identify and prospect potential benefits brokers to expand the company's network
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand and incorporate broker needs into partnership plans and initiatives
  • Act as a main point of contact for all benefits broker related inquiries and maintain strong relationships
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services to benefits brokers
  • Continuously analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of existing partnerships and make recommendations for improvement
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop materials and resources to support and promote partnerships with benefits brokers
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to inform partnership strategies
  • Act as a liaison between benefits brokers and internal teams to ensure efficient communication and support
  • Provide regular reports and updates on the status of broker partnerships to senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Employee Benefits: A Successful Benefits Broker Partnership Manager At Justworks Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Employee Benefits, Including Health Insurance, Retirement Plans, And Other Voluntary Benefits. This Knowledge Will Be Essential In Building Partnerships With Brokers And Effectively Communicating The Benefits Of Justworks' Offerings.

  • Proven Sales And Relationship-Building Skills: As A Benefits Broker Partnership Manager, The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Brokers Will Be Crucial. This Role Requires Strong Sales Skills To Effectively Pitch Justworks' Products And Services And Negotiate Partnerships That Benefit Both Parties.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Convey Justworks' Value Proposition To Brokers. They Should Also Be Comfortable Presenting To Large Groups And Be Able To Tailor Their Message To Different Audiences.

  • Experience In The Hr Or Employee Benefits Industry: Justworks Is Looking For A Benefits Broker Partnership Manager With Prior Experience In The Hr Or Employee Benefits Industry. This Experience Will Provide A Strong Foundation And Understanding Of The Market, Allowing Them To Identify Potential Partnership Opportunities And Develop Effective Strategies.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Successful Benefits Broker Partnership Manager Should Be Able To Analyze Market Trends, Data, And Feedback To Identify Areas For Improvement And Develop Strategies To Increase Partnership Success.
