We’re looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Associate, Financial Benefits to join the Justworks team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for helping us to deliver the best-in-class financial benefits to our employees. You’ll be a key member of the Benefits team and will collaborate closely with our HR Operations team to ensure accuracy and compliance with official regulations.To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a meticulous attention to detail. You should be able to work independently and manage multiple projects at a time.
