
Account Executive - In-Territory

As an integral member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and building relationships with small businesses in your assigned territory. - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Justworks product and service offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the assigned territory to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of Justworks to potential clients.
- Actively manage and nurture a pipeline of leads through the sales process, from initial contact to close.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify potential sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Continuously meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and goals.
- Assist in the development of sales materials and resources to effectively communicate the value of Justworks to potential clients.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, progress, and results to the sales manager.
- Represent Justworks in a professional and positive manner at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Continuously develop and improve sales skills and knowledge through training and self-directed learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Uphold the company's core values and contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Hr Or Benefits Industry
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients
Strong Knowledge Of The Local Market And Industry Trends, With The Ability To Identify And Pursue New Business Opportunities Within The Territory.
