As an Account Executive for our In-Territory team, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by building and maintaining relationships with potential clients in your designated territory.   1. Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and networking.
  3. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to understand the needs and pain points of small businesses in the designated territory.
  4. Act as a trusted advisor to potential clients, providing them with insights and solutions to help them streamline their HR and payroll processes.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
  6. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's overall growth.
  7. Continuously stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings in order to effectively position Justworks' products and services in the market.
  8. Utilize a CRM system to track and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and pipelines.
  9. Represent Justworks at industry events and conferences to expand brand awareness and generate leads.
  10. Provide feedback and insights from the field to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  11. Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with potential clients and colleagues.
  13. Collaborate with other Account Executives and sales teams to share best practices and drive overall company success.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Justworks, promoting our mission, values, and culture to potential clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In A B2B Environment.
