Proven Sales Experience: A Successful Candidate For An Account Executive - In-Territory Position At Justworks Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Sales Experience In A Similar Role, With A Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Knowledge Of Hr And Payroll: As Justworks Provides Hr And Payroll Services, It Is Essential For An Account Executive To Have A Strong Understanding Of These Areas, Including Compliance Regulations And Industry Best Practices.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills: An Account Executive Is Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Clients, As Well As Negotiating Contracts And Pricing. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills Are A Must.
