- Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase sales and grow the business within the designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold-calling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of products and services to customers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Provide regular updates and reports on territory performance, including sales forecasts and customer feedback.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and promote its products and services.
- Continuously improve product and industry knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Negotiate Effectively.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth.
