- Oversee the demand planning process and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify potential risks or opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for demand forecasting.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and meet business objectives.
- Train and supervise a team of demand planners to ensure consistency and accuracy in demand planning.
- Monitor market trends and customer demand to make data-driven decisions for demand planning.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to align on demand forecasts and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of demand planning.
- Analyze historical data and market trends to accurately forecast future demand.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to demand planning.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in demand planning and make recommendations for improvement.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and diversity within the team.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, including setting goals and conducting performance evaluations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Operations, With A Focus On Demand Planning And Forecasting.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Influence Decision-Making.
Proficiency In Supply Chain Technologies And Systems, Such As Sap And Demand Planning Software.
