- Provide technical leadership and expertise in the design, construction, and operation of clean utilities systems for manufacturing facilities.
- Manage and lead complex projects related to clean utilities systems, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of existing clean utilities systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in clean utilities systems to continuously improve processes and systems.
- Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of any technical issues related to clean utilities systems and provide effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services.
- Mentor and train team members on best practices and new technologies related to clean utilities systems.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of projects and initiatives.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Designing, Operating, And Maintaining Clean Utilities Systems, Including But Not Limited To Clean Water, Purified Water, Clean Steam, And Compressed Air.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemical Or Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Senior Engineering Role Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry, With A Focus On Clean Utilities.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Engineers And Technicians.
In-Depth Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards Related To Clean Utilities, Including Fda, Ema, And Cgmp Guidelines.
