  1. Develop and implement executive compensation strategies that align with Johnson & Johnson's overall business objectives and values.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive and attractive executive compensation packages.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and legal, to ensure compliance with all compensation regulations and guidelines.
  4. Provide guidance and support to executive leadership on compensation-related matters.
  5. Design and oversee the administration of executive compensation programs, including base salary, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives.
  6. Partner with external consultants and vendors to review and improve current compensation plans.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in executive compensation to continuously enhance the company's compensation strategy.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with compensation programs.
  10. Coach and mentor team members to foster their professional development and ensure their success in their roles.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Executive Compensation: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Executive Compensation, Preferably In A Senior Leadership Position. This Experience Should Include Designing And Implementing Executive Compensation Programs, Managing Executive Pay Reviews, And Developing Pay Strategies.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Compensation Regulations And Trends: The Sr. Director, Executive Compensation Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Relevant Laws And Regulations Related To Executive Compensation, Such As Sec Regulations And Tax Laws. They Should Also Stay Updated On Industry Trends And Best Practices In Executive Compensation.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: This Role Requires A High Level Of Analytical Ability To Evaluate And Design Executive Compensation Programs. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience With Data Analysis And Modeling, As Well As The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Senior Leader, The Sr. Director, Executive Compensation Will Need To Work Closely With Various Stakeholders, Including Executive Leadership, Hr, And Finance Teams. Effective Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For Building Relationships And Driving Results.

  • Strategic Mindset And Business Acumen: The Sr. Director, Executive Compensation Should Have A Strategic Mindset And A Deep Understanding Of Business Operations. They Should Be Able To Align Executive Compensation Programs With Business Goals And Objectives, And Make Data-Driven Recommendations To Support The Organization's Overall Compensation Strategy. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles And Metrics.
