Advanced Degree In Chemistry Or Pharmaceutical Sciences: A Senior Principal Scientist In Computer-Aided Drug Design At Johnson & Johnson Should Have A Phd Or Equivalent Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Chemistry Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Extensive Experience In Computer-Aided Drug Design: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Computer-Aided Drug Design, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Delivering Drug Design Projects.
Proficiency In Computational Tools And Techniques: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding And Proficiency In Computational Tools And Techniques Used In Drug Design, Such As Molecular Modeling, Molecular Dynamics Simulations, And Structure-Based Drug Design.
Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Principal Scientist, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership And Project Management Skills To Oversee And Guide A Team Of Scientists Working On Drug Design Projects.
