  1. Lead the design and execution of clinical pharmacology and pharmacometric studies to support the development of new treatments and therapies.
  2. Provide expert guidance and support to cross-functional teams on clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics strategies.
  3. Analyze and interpret data from clinical pharmacology and pharmacometric studies to inform decision-making and optimize drug development.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement pharmacometric modeling and simulation strategies.
  5. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics to inform study design and methodologies.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert and represent the company in external scientific forums and conferences.
  7. Mentor and train junior team members in clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics principles and techniques.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies throughout the drug development process.
  9. Collaborate with other functional areas such as clinical operations, biostatistics, and medical affairs to ensure effective integration of clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics data.
  10. Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and best practices for clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics within the company.
  11. Contribute to the development and review of regulatory documents and submissions related to clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics.
  12. Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and external partners to advance company goals and initiatives.
  13. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics processes and methodologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Pharmacology, Pharmacometrics, Or A Related Field (E.g. Pharmd, Ph.d.)

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Clinical Pharmacology And Pharmacometrics, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry

  • Demonstrated Expertise In Designing, Implementing, And Analyzing Clinical Pharmacology Studies

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Integration Of Pharmacokinetic And Pharmacodynamic Data To Inform Drug Development Decisions

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Mentoring Junior Scientists
