Advanced Degree In Computer Science, Data Science, Or A Related Field: A Senior Principal Scientist In Ai/Ml For Drug Discovery And Development At Johnson & Johnson Should Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree, With A Preference For A Phd, In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Data Science, Or Artificial Intelligence.
Experience In Drug Discovery And Development: Candidates Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience Working In The Pharmaceutical Industry, With A Strong Background In Drug Discovery And Development. This Experience Should Include A Proven Track Record Of Using Ai/Ml Techniques To Optimize Drug Discovery Processes.
Expertise In Artificial Intelligence And Machine Learning: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Ai And Ml Methods, Including Deep Learning, Neural Networks, And Natural Language Processing. They Should Also Have Experience With Relevant Programming Languages And Tools Such As Python, R, And Tensorflow.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Senior Position, This Role Requires Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Guide And Mentor A Team Of Scientists, As Well As Communicate Complex Ai/Ml Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
