- Develop novel antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for the treatment of various diseases.
- Utilize scientific innovation to improve patient outcomes through the development of ADCs.
- Conduct downstream processing of ADCs, including purification, characterization, and formulation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and interpret results.
- Participate in the development of new technologies and methodologies for ADC production.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal quality standards.
- Communicate project updates and results to team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed records of experiments and results.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions.
- Stay current with industry advancements and developments in ADC technology.
- Mentor and train junior team members.
- Contribute to the writing and review of scientific publications and regulatory documents.
- Assist in the scale-up and technology transfer of ADC processes to manufacturing facilities.
- Adhere to safety procedures and protocols in the laboratory.

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Experience With Downstream Processing Techniques, Such As Chromatography, Filtration, And Purification Methods.
Knowledge Of Antibody-Drug Conjugation Principles And Technologies, Including Linker Chemistry And Conjugation Chemistry.
Familiarity With Cgmp Regulations And Experience Working In A Regulated Environment, Preferably In The Biopharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Downstream Processes For Maximum Efficiency And Yield.
