  1. Act as a subject matter expert in neuroscience and Johnson & Johnson's products, staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including neurologists, neurosurgeons, and other relevant specialists.
  3. Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategic plans to promote and sell Johnson & Johnson's neuroscience products.
  4. Conduct product presentations and educational sessions to healthcare professionals, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
  5. Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing a territory and implementing sales strategies.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to support the launch of new products and ensure a cohesive sales approach.
  7. Provide superior customer service by promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns from healthcare professionals.
  8. Utilize data and analytics to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Attend industry conferences and events to network and increase brand awareness.
  10. Continuously engage in professional development activities to enhance knowledge of neuroscience and sales techniques.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  12. Represent Johnson & Johnson in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  13. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, sharing best practices and supporting colleagues.
  14. Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
  15. Travel within assigned territory to meet with healthcare professionals and attend meetings and events as required.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Neuroscience, Psychology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Neuroscience And Its Applications In The Medical Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Customer Relationships.
