- Participate in project planning and budgeting activities and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, protocols, and results in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines in the laboratory and ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to source new technologies and equipment to enhance downstream processing capabilities.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to ensure smooth operation of processes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Or Biotechnology.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Downstream Processing, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Protein Purification Techniques And Experience With Various Chromatography Methods.
Knowledge Of Cgmp Regulations And Experience With Process Development And Optimization.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Design And Execute Experiments And Interpret Data.
